Her professional authority is built on over 20 years of practical and research experience, enhanced by advisory roles with key UK bodies including English Heritage, the Leeds Society of Architects, and Wakefield Civic Society.

Joanne enjoys working closely with individuals to deepen the understanding of their home's unique past. This is guided by her core belief in sustainable practice, ensuring her designs are environmentally considerate, efficient, and support wellbeing.

Lewis hosts our initial consultations and performs retrofit assessments. He is a qualified Retrofit Assessor with specialist training for historic buildings, bringing deep, practical expertise to every initial conversation.

Lewis has a proven track record of designing and building retrofit services and their specialist teams. His experience includes navigating complex contractor relationships and public sector procurement. This 'whole-system' perspective, combined with his MSc in construction technology, has shaped our customer journey, ensuring we get you to the right outcome, efficiently and effectively.
