Harrison Heritage Retrofit services are delivered in partnership between Harrison Architectural Heritage Ltd. Company No. 12712582 and Sharman Retrofit Services Ltd Company No.15357993. Both companies act as data controllers for the personal data collected through this website and our consultancy services.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide by email or telephone, such as your name, address, email address and phone number.
- Information about your property that is necessary to carry out a consultation, assessment, survey or design work, including photographs, measurements, drawings and energy performance data.
- Correspondence between us relating to your enquiry or project.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver our consultancy and design services, prepare assessments and reports, arrange tendering with installers where you have asked us to, and to meet our legal, insurance and professional obligations. Our lawful bases are the performance of a contract with you, your consent where you have given it, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where it is necessary to deliver your project — for example with installers invited to tender, retrofit certification and scheme bodies, local authority planning and conservation officers, or our professional advisers — and with service providers who host our systems under appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to two years. Project records are retained for the period required by our professional indemnity insurance and statutory obligations, normally fifteen years from completion, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@harrisonretrofit.co.uk.
